2024 – 2025
Another exciting year, one in which we celebrated our 70th Anniversary! Again this year our auditors, Chambers Fraser Chartered Professional Accountants, found that our “financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the Guild as at March 31, 2025, and the results of its operations and its cash flows for the year then ended in accordance with Canadian accounting standards for not‐for‐profit organizations.” Of note this year, which is reflected in our financial statements, was the investment of a new point of sale and inventory system for our Gift Shop. While a significant expense, this system will improve our efficiency and profitability. Enjoy reading about the celebrations and accomplishments that we enjoyed this year!
2023 – 2024
We transitioned to a new auditor this year, so the audit process took longer than usual and has delayed publication of our annual report. Thankfully our new associates at Chambers Fraser Chartered Professional Accountants found that our “financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the Guild as at March 31, 2024, and the results of its operations and its cash flows for the year ended in accordance with Canadian accounting standards for not-for-profit organizations.” A summary of our financial statements is enclosed in the annual report, below. 2023/24 was an exciting year – enjoy the read!
